Since 2016, Bali Timbungan Heritage Cuisine Restaurant has been celebrating the ancient flavors of Bali, rooted in a popular menu from The Luwus Restaurant. Timbungan is more than just cooking—it is a royal heritage technique. Our signature dishes are cooked inside bamboo for 12 hours over a low flame, infused with the rich "Bumbu Genep" spice blend. This meticulous process ensures incredibly tender meat and an unforgettable aroma, traditionally reserved for royal feasts and sacred ceremonies.
